Our take
I grabbed this Titan Fitness dumbbell bar to fill out my home gym, and it does exactly what it's supposed to. The 400 lb capacity is plenty for most lifters, and the chrome steel finish looks good and feels solid. At 36 inches, there's enough sleeve length for plenty of plates. My only gripe is that the knurling is a bit mild—I prefer a more aggressive grip. Also, you'll need to buy collars separately, which is typical. For the price, it's a solid buy if you want a no-frills Olympic dumbbell handle.
