Our take
Setting up this weight bench was pretty straightforward, and I like the multi-function design that allows me to work different muscle groups. The 900 lb capacity gives me confidence for heavy lifts. However, the bench is quite bulky and takes up a lot of floor space in my home gym. The faux leather padding is okay but could be more comfortable for longer sessions. I also notice that the barbell rack is sturdy but the hooks could be wider. For the price, it's a good starter setup for Olympic lifting, but serious lifters might want something more robust.
