Our take
I got this bench set specifically for the preacher curl feature, which is a nice addition for isolating biceps. The 900 lb capacity is great for heavy pressing, and the seat adjustments let me find a good angle for various exercises. Assembly was manageable with two people. The padding is firm but comfortable enough for short sessions. One issue is that the preacher curl pad is a bit narrow for my arms. Also, the bench doesn't feel as premium as some higher-end models, but it gets the job done for the price. Overall, a solid choice for home gyms on a budget.
