Our take
I was impressed by the build quality right out of the box. The alloy steel frame feels solid, and the 900 lb weight capacity gives plenty of headroom for heavy lifters. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions, though the bench is heavy to move around. The adjustable positions allow for a wide range of exercises, from flat to incline presses, squats, and curls. The faux leather padding is comfortable but might get sweaty during long sessions. For the price, this is a versatile setup that covers most compound movements. Just be aware the preacher curl pad is a bit narrow for larger arms.
